Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They go toward your scheduled service. • Please note there is a $10 pricing difference between locations. • HelioSkintrix LLC reserves the right to waive cancellation fees under special circumstances. • Appointments must be confirmed via the automated system. You’ll receive a confirmation text and email three days prior to your visit. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically forfeited to allow space for the waitlist. • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. • No-call/no-shows forfeit the deposit and are responsible for the remaining balance of the service. • Late Policy: You’re allowed a 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment will be canceled. • Clients 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. • A valid card is required on file, and all cards are subject to a 4% processing fee.
